FILM SYNOPSIS

Run time: 90 min.

Step beyond the bootstrapping buzz and discover your own 'hero's journey'. Taking inspiration from innovation icons, like Apple's Steve Jobs, Virgin's Richard Branson, and Whole Food's John Mackey, Bootstrappers use ingenuity to bypass the constraints of the establishment. This session will totally immerse the audience into bootstrapping:

  • Bootstrap Network founder, Bijoy Goswami, will introduce the the bootstrap model
  • Bootstrap Film Chair, Brandy Rainey Amstel, and fellow bootstrap director, Jason Howell, will discuss bootstrapping in the film industry.
    • a boot breakout session will allow the audience to apply the concepts to their own film project, start-up, or business.
